One fight, played until it breaks open
Laurel and Sebastian are in the bedroom. Laurel is reading. Sebastian is packing for a trip.
And they are having the fight. You know the one. It is the argument every couple has on repeat, where the words change but the ending never does.
Breaking the Loop plays that same scene ten times. Each time something shifts: who speaks, who stays, what finally gets said out loud. Rupture and repair do not arrive in order. But somewhere across the ten, they land somewhere new.
It is funny, raw, emotional and close to the bone. Written and performed by a married couple and drawn from their own story, it treats anger as information, not a failure, and asks what becomes possible when two people take responsibility for their part in the loop.

The tension that used to grip them is now what they play with.
